You can create a free Piktostory account with no credit card required. While there are some limitations on the free account, it has been designed to let you experience what Piktostory can offer!

We do not require you to provide any credit card information when signing up for a free account with Piktostory. However, your payment information would be required when you are opting to subscribe to one of the available Piktostory plans.

You are free to cancel your Piktostory subscription at any time. You can easily do so by going to your account settings page. For more information, you can refer to our support article.

Yes, you are able to upgrade to any subscription plan of a higher tier than your current one. However, at this point, you are not able to downgrade your plan yet. If you do need to downgrade, please contact us for support. We hope to be able to provide you with this flexibility soon.

All of our prices are listed in USD. Any additional charges, such as fees, taxes, exchange rates, etc. are excluded from our prices.

With the Piktostory editor, you can easily customize the look of your video to match your brand! You can change the colors of the video frame or text and choose the suitable font family to be used. We are also working on the ability to add your company logo as a video watermark. This feature is coming soon!
